    Limited Warranty

    Melbourne Nails Aust. (“MAX”) warrants that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase at retail. If this product should prove to be defective in material or workmanship within the warranty period, MAX will (under the Australian Consumer Law) at its sole option to repair it or replace any defective part of parts, without charge to you. Any replacement part provided will carry a warranty for the balance of the period of warranty applicable to the part it replaces.

    Waaranty Exclusions

    This Warranty will not be applicable if;

    1. Defects or damages caused by or resulting from accident, misuse (for instance, use in rain), abuse, neglect (for instance, neglect the maintenance required in operational manual), improper maintenance, or normal wear and tear;
    2. Damage to the tool;
    3. All instructions contained in the operational manual are not followed with care;
    4. Where repairs (to the product) have been made or attempted by anyone other than MAX and its authorized service centres;
    5. Alterations have been made to the product using parts that do not meet Max specification, size or quality;
    6. The product has been used continuously despite partial failure;
    7. The product has been tampered with in any way or damage has been caused by extraordinary events or circumstances beyond the control of MAX, Melbourne Nails Aust Pty. Ltd., or the consumer;
    8. The products serial number (as applied by the manufacturer) has been altered or removed from the product;

    Parts that are considered normal wearing parts/consumables and are not limited to: Wire guide (for instance Arm, Curl guide & Twist guide), Twister (for instance Hook, Motor, Cutter, Gear, Spring, Bumper, Cover, Protector, Batter, Brushes, Drill Head, Bearings, Seals, O-rings.
